Clojurians Log v2

One of the nice things about the Antora documentation is that, because it keeps multiple versions "live", you can be somewhat free in removing things that are out-of-date. I'm going to remove developing-at-the-repl because the live-repl page is more current and easier to follow ... but if you still need it, it's in the 0.7 and 0.6 documentation.
