Clojurians Log v2

I've released 0.8.0-rc-2. Mostly, this bumps dependencies, including: http-kit -> down to 2.8.1 Jetty -> up to 12.1 The Jetty change is big; all tests pass, of course, but I hope we'll see some more experience time with this version of Jetty before going to the final 0.8.0 release. I also noticed some minor problems with the embedded template, which I fixed. Thanks to @ptaoussanis for the http-kit release (so we don't have to ship with a dependency on a beta).
