I believe previous releases, from before my tenure, were upload to Maven central. I can look into doing that as well, if it's needed. It certainly adds some complications. Perhaps only for final releases.
Maybe from its Cognitect origins. Clojure, Transit, AWS-API, (etc.?), all on Maven Central.

Fwiw, I don’t think it’s strictly necessary. I was confused by the fact that it had artifacts but not the right/latest ones. Fixing that, assuming it is possible, is perhaps more important than double publishing.

Fwiw, I only publish to clojars but the artifacts show up in maven central somehow. I don’t know how the sync happens

But it's odd that all the 0.6.x's and 0.7.0's (outside 0.7.0 itself) are in http://mvnrepository.com.
