Clojurians Log v2

I'm looking into the work to get lacinia-pedestal w/ subscriptions working with pedestal 0.7.0-beta-1. It's a little tricky.

I'm making a few minor changes to pedestal to support lacinia-pedestal subscriptions; just more ability to configure the websocket. Mostly, the changes were easy and nearly every test worked first try.

So there'll be a beta-2 of pedestal pretty soon.
