hi, tried to deploy a pedestal to heroku, got exception that no ctor for io.pedestal.http.helper before

anyone got similar issue? there is a similar issue in github, the suggestion is to use interceptor directly

i tried to write a macro to avoid some duplication in defining handler, no luck

wonder if there is some solutions already
