why parinfer on cursive is so fast?

@doglooksgood Well, Java is faster than elisp, for one thing. And Cursive works pretty hard to apply changes incrementally these days, i.e. not replace the whole buffer.

I can’t remember all the details, but I’m planning to go back and look at parinfer again soon.
