It was brought to my attention that there were a bunch of open PRs since the last time I went through them. I merged them all without looking, except one from 2015 with conflicts.

It seems not a lot of people have commit rights, so just poke me if something needs merging. I'm not planning to be a gatekeeper on any of this stuff.

I'll put out a new release before the conj. It would be a great help if someone could make sure that there's something in the changelog about the stuff that's gone in.
