Added several extra things to my 0.13.x branch. I managed to get loop-buf working! This ugen was commented out because for some reason it didn't work. I managed to figure out what was wrong by comparing the generated compiled synthdefs between supercollider and overtone. We weren't handling the n-channels parameter correctly! Pretty proud of this one 🙂 The other thing that I think will be very useful is that :value atoms for params are reused for a given synth/param. So say you hook up a midi controller and play around with your synth parameters, you find a setting that sounds dope, and then you want to tweak the synth definition. Before when re-evaluating the defsynth/definst those settings would be lost, reverted back to the :default. Now they persist, which is much nicer. Linux uses will also be happy to know that we know automatically connect your jack outputs, so no more fiddling with patch bays. Getting much closer to stuff just working out of the box.
