Clojurians Log v2

Very active month of Phel development (now at 0.21.0), implementing many missing Clojure influenced features including ; for regular line comments & #_ inline s-exp comments, multi-arity functions, :pre & :post conditions, macro auto gensym syntax, map destructuring with :keys .
