Clojurians Log v2

I've been experimenting with Phel lately to make some PHP client work more interesting and started building a WordPress plugin skeleton project with it https://github.com/jasalt/phel-wp-plugin. Added a docker-compose.yml recently so it should be easier to try out for anybody interested. Not quite production proof yet but looking to get things sorted and documented so that plugins made with Phel could be submitted to the WordPress dot org plugin directory.
