should setting the task scheduler to colocated still run perfectly fine if i'm just booting up a single node locally?

seems that the job doesn't start, but balanced works fine

(and no errors in the log, it just doesn't start, seems to start enough peers etc)

@greywolve: Does your single node have enough peers to run the entire job?

Might be a bug if balanced is running fine on that single machine too. If you could come up with a small reproducer, or just the essential information so that I can reconstruct on my end, that would be great.
