what's the operationalization story with onyx these days?

how are people deploying this in practice?

I'm just gearing up to kick the tires on datomic, durable-queue, and kafka later this evening

Honestly, for that reason alone Onyx looks nice. Less to manage myself in participating consumers

ditto for the core async support

it certainly is heavyweight given ill be talking about at max a couple of nodes to begin with

but i dunno... lots to learn
