helping a non-profit update some old web apps and just finished looking through the first classic ASP page they want to migrate. It's 2000 lines with another 1000 lines in includes and makes 50+ database queries to display some basic profile info, a picture, and a QR code for a contact card.
on the one hand, it's going to be so much nicer when I'm done. on the other, I'm probably going to have nightmares about it.
Plan is to rewrite in C# at the moment. I will probably try out an api project in clojureclr at some point, but these folks have been living in a bubble for the past 15 years or so and I don't want to scare them off
reminds me about some time ago I made a cut from slimshaddy and GOT episodes using ai and ffmpeg, maybe will add here some of it)
