I’ve noticed that some open source projects have project specific account names which their repos are in e.g. /<account>/<repo> https://github.com/reagent-project/reagent https://github.com/ring-clojure/ring https://github.com/babashka/babashka Do you think it’s better to creat open source projects under your regular GitHub user account or setup a special account like the above have done for open source projects? Also, do you think these accounts are likely to be ‘organization accounts’ or ‘user accounts’ (ie have their own username/password)?
I usually start doing that when a project mature s and there are other projects that are related to it that can be under the same org, often with people helping out that can get the relevant auth
Thanks for your explanation.
