Computer Science = Naming + Counting
Ha! "I was talking to a networking-researcher friend1 one day, and I suddenly remarked on what a large percentage of our conversation had to do with names. He looked at me and said: “Well… yeah. Naming things is one of the fundamental things computer scientists do.” The light bulb that went off in my head was so blinding, I dropped out of the conversation for about twenty or thirty seconds of dead silence while I tried to deal with his statement."
Thanks @hiredman spectacularly relevant

Amazing that there are no classes on Labeling in college
Did anyone anywhere have a university class on naming or labeling?
public survey
my understanding is those classes exist, but tend to be in the philosophy department
philosophers must not use (read: enslave) computers much
yeah ... naming things .... service-provider-builder-factory ... we are good at that
