Spent 20 minutes debugging a python_web api, scratching my head and swearing at Guido, and then I recalled that there is a return statement in Python and itβs supposed to be used upon returning a value from a nested functional call. A Clojure effect β€οΈ
What's the maximum java version that would also minimize issues with clojure stuff? I've been happy with java11 but have to do a new install. is it worth going higher?
we consider Java 8 and 11 (the LTS releases) to be our primary targets
I don't know of any reason Clojure won't work with 12 or 13
but please let us know if you find out anything that seems not to work with 12 or 13, if you try them.
I know Clojure builds and passes all tests with Java 12
Clojure also builds and passes with latest Java 13 EA
Can anyone recommend me some Clojure trainers? Location does not matter. π Thank you!
I recommend @plexus π
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Kudos!
That page has a bad link to the events page @alexmiller
(I could submit a PR I suppose π ... hmm, if my AsciiDoc chops were better π )
actually it was a valid link in the past
section was removed there
Should it link to /community/events
now?
