Finally had some time to get on with my hobby project, no have a websocket working, next phase is using a web socker to set/get the game state to make a multi player game
I learned a lot today at this conference hosted in Chiang Mai, Thailand called Nomad Summit 2017. Here are my rough notes (in org-mode format). https://github.com/beppu/nomad-summit-2017-notes
Talks 2 and 4 had really useful information for you programmers who live on the server-side and aren't fond of making things visually pretty.
Looking for an external keyboard for my Macbook Air. Apple sells a wired one with full size keys, ideal but because of the numeric pad on the large side for taking to a cafe. Their Magic Keyboard sells for a steep 119 EUR, is wireless (annoying IMO) and looks like its keys are smaller even than the ones on the macbook air.
Any way out of this dilemma?
I actually have one
but as much as I love the concept, I have found that the light touch of apple keyboard is better for my wrists than the mechanical action of the kinesis
RSI prevention is my no 1 priority
I own an "older model" of the wireless magic keyboard (not sure if it's what it was called back then) without the keyboard; the keysize was fine for me.
yeah maybe I should try it
may also just lug around the large wired one, that's one of the best keyboards I've used
I think I'll try this one: https://www.amazon.de/Microsoft-T9T-00008-Bluetooth-Tastatur-Deutsch/dp/B008X68U46/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1486232164&sr=8-10&keywords=Microsoft+Sculpt

I use this
And no way the apple keyboard is better for your wrist tbh
Plus the feeling is not even comparable, for me at least
