I think it’s the (lack of) transparency and complexity of their pricing that I find problematic at this stage (evaluating monitoring solutions) Any alternatives that you have better experience with?

I hate it, It mangles OTEL histogram bucketing, distorts graphs depending on your resolution, doesn't have built in percentile aggregates (like grafana does)
