Clojurians Log v2

Hi, all - https://github.com/BrunoBonacci/mulog/discussions/102 about "message based" logging like tools.logging and "data based" logging like mulog over at GitHub discussions, but I think the question is general enough that it would be interesting to get some additional perspectives on the questions I've raised here. I'd really appreciate any clarifying comments or follow-up questions you might have!
