What happens if I use eduction on a continuous flow? The documentation says it is only for discrete flows but it seems to work for continuous flows as well.

It's totally fine, you're going to get the successive values. continuous vs discrete is a property of operators regarding backpressure, the flow primitive is agnostic about it. continuous flow really means, flow produced by a continuous operator
