New f/mx with quiescing turned on by default, which can be disabled if issues arise: 9685a8b2e42c796afa6e0490448e3e2f86b9f123
Use (tiltontec.model.core/md-quiesce-feature! [true|false]) as needed.
This is while I work on a bug in the todo app where a widget stops listening after a new todo is created,
