@marga, looks like a permissions problem

npm global installation sometimes get messed up

I'd try wiping the whole npm folder and reinstalling

or try yarn?

I appear to have segfaulted lumo. No idea how, but it's repeatable. But I don't know how to reduce it at all. I'm on 1.5.0, any known issue?

Weird, I figured it would stop if I just rewrote it all with a different library, but it hasn't. ¯\(ツ)/¯
