I created a new luminus app with http-kit and re-frame and h2. looking at the navbar code, seems there should be a hamburger menu in the navbar, but when I run the app I don't have it

is there something I should do to make it appear?

Perhaps the hamburger menu only appears when the window width is small? Try making the window narrow and see if it appears.
