When i use lsp to clean the ns form, it removes our #_{:clj-kondo/ignore [:deprecated-namespace]} annotations which then causes clj-kondo to (rightfully) complain. Is there an issue relating to this or should i make one?

That clean code is a little bit complex, but shouldn't be that hard to implement as we have lots of tests on that part
