I believe the former one is the web service and the latter is the (newer) cdn
the latter probably has better reliability
thanks! i filed a little improvement to the lein docs to use this consistently, otherwise following the instructions and trying lein release

someone with more authoritative knowledge about clojars should probably verify what I said above
@rymndhng just asked Toby Crawley to double check that, at one point we didn't have the CDN configured to proxy POST's through to Clojars, but I'm pretty sure we do now
