Is it right, that leiningen should run any tasks specified in :prep-tasks before running any plugin related tasks? For example, when running lein cljsbuild once it should run the javac and compile tasks before executing the plugin task?

Is it possible to make a leiningen alias that runs multiple commands in succession?
