if a lib (L1) used in project refers to other lib (L2), how can I force L1 it to use specific version of L2?

so I had to add L2 into :exclusions for L1 and then and add specific version of L2 in dependencies (edited)

Anyone available to help me with lein deploy and Artifactory?
