I have a question

is there a way to override :plugin-repositories with a :mirrors directive?

we'd like to go through a maven proxy

or some other way to override the :plugin-repositories, because it seems to be doing someone complex enough that I can't find a combination of ^:replace on :repositories and :plugin-repositories to change it
