Hey folks, I finally got around to addressing the load-error issues we had when using kaocha.watch. In the process I dropped our dependency on Orchestra, it was becoming a pain to work with, and we've had complaints in the past where people want more fine-grained control over intrumentation. You can still use the Orchestra plugin, but you'll have to include the dependency yourself. I would really appreciate it if folks could try out this branch and report back https://github.com/lambdaisland/kaocha/pull/233
