I don't understand what you're doing, please post an actual repro, ie a repo that I can check out with instructions. Kaocha-cljs does its own cljs compilation, you should take cljsbuild out of the equation.

I've switched back to doo for now, since it just works (though without focus meta support) and I have tasks I need to get done. I can look back into this over the weekend, perhaps.

just how good is --watch mode
