I just saw in one of your job ads that, your require folks to:
You want to use either Emacs or Vim

We also added something similar on our JDs, however do you think is a real requirement, given the fact that many folks use Intellij Idea Cursive, or VSCode Calva?
I work for Juxt and while many people use Emacs or Vim I'm pretty sure it's not a real requirement
