You would be joining at an exciting period of transition and growth for the company. Our entire stack is built around Clojure & ClojureScript. We ❤️ these languages and expect you do too! We’re a small team, remote-first, with few meetings and limited red tape. Significant autonomy, self-management, trust, ownership, and rate of solving real-world problems are expected. You must be comfortable working across frontend, backend, architecture, and ops. You should take pride in shipping secure, performant, quality software at a high pace, that solves real customer problems. You ideally have experience scaling and managing enterprise-grade environments. You are a builder, and you are always developing your craft. Familiarity with the following would be to your advantage: • Languages: Clojure, ClojureScript, SQL. • Frontend: React, Reagent, and Re-frame. • Backend: Sente (websockets), clojure.spec, PostgreSQL. • Ops: Ubuntu, Caddy, Hetzner, Azure, Git, GitHub. • Dev: REPL-driven dev, fluency with your editor of choice, and curiosity about LLM tools.
