Hello All! Our company, Sevva AI (aka All Street Research Ltd) is looking to hire a Senior Clojure developer. We build AI Agents for Large Enterprises. Our entire AI Agent platform is built in Clojure. Role/Job • Senior Clojure Engineer • Full stack Clojure Development: ◦ 70% Backend ▪︎ Agentic: AI Agents, AI Agent Tools ▪︎ Algorithms: AI Data extraction, AI Data aggregation, AI Data Classification ▪︎ Backend: REST webservices ▪︎ Data: ETL, data transformation, data lake, big data, web scraping, data analysis/reconciliation ◦ 30% Frontend ▪︎ Simple server side rendered UIs using hiccup/htmx. Who we are looking for • Senior Clojure Developer ◦ Junior developers please don’t apply for this particular role (hopefully we’ll have other roles for this in future). • Highly capable at Programming/Engineering/Clojure ◦ (aptitude/capability is more important than CV or experience). • Strong on building algorithms that incorporate AI (and doing so in a scientific way). • Willing to get hands dirty with data/client engagements/deliveries etc • Nice to have but not required: Machine learning, AI, LLMs, Data Science, Finance or Frontend Pay • Adjusted for region and experience. Competitive for UK/Europe/Asia/Rest of World (this role is not currently competitive with US). Eligibility • Contractor role or employee role • Full remote • Full time (5 days per week) • Work from anywhere in the world (but must have high degree of overlap with UK working hours) I’m the CTO at Sevva AI and the role will report direct to me.
