I've got to ask, what's wrong with California?
"The final rule defines senior executives as workers earning more than $151,164 annually and who are in policy-making positions."
I think the trading companies aren't certain about the impact that this FTC announcement will have on their business. It's so new to them
Is this position still open?
You've got the name for it Kent! π
haha, lol
Non-compete clauses are not enforceable in California so it's a big NO for most of the trading companies
Well, a similar enforcability ruling was made across the US recently. https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/04/ftc-announces-rule-banning-noncompetes
