We are solving the “Why are we building this? Am I going to be maintaining something no one will use?” challenges. How we work: • Ship quickly, iterate until done (customers dictate done) • Quick daily standups, heavy async communication (Slack/GitHub/Vistaly), but often jump onto calls to dig in on the more significant challenges. • Deep level of customer empathy. • All PRs go through a collaborative code review process. Encourage multiple small PRs over fewer large ones. How you work: • Empathic to the customer’s needs.
