Sorry if I seem obstinate @U04V70XH6, I have genuinely never encountered this requirement before, and I’m trying to figure out what it means.
Since remote is rare this seems to be just an explicit default. Otherwise when folks post jobs everyone immediately asks "will you hire remote people?"
Local is just the opposite of remote.
I’ve never seen it, so I thought it might mean, “I will only consider people from Seattle for this one”.
Seems like they were just using the same wording in @U04V70XH6's original question
its a job local to seattle. on-site. will need someone that lives there or is willing to commute every day
