Hi, My name is Ms. George Kierstein (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gkierstein/) and I'm looking for an ops person experienced with Ansible playbooks who would be willing to trade time for equity in a self-funded, nearly-launched, startup. I have a specific need - to help me migrate my current stack off of AWS on on to Linode. Long story short, my only/new/current ops person doesn't have the time after all. We managed to come up with a network infrastructure conceptually, have some ansible playbooks to start basic instances on linode but have all of the specific services to move and set up. I'm not network-illiterate but ops is not at all my wheelhouse. The list is: + Distributed FS + Datomic (needs cassandra, currently dynamodb) + Onyx (can start with single-instance cluster if we must) + Nginx-clojure (API server/media server) + Clojurescript SPA (reagent/re-com) Currently this is all on AWS and its got to move. The product is nearly feature-complete (the billing system is it now that we have basically gotten our merchant services set up). We had a successful beta on AWS and really REALLY all want to get to market already. Its been basically a little over a year. Our orig ideal window was sometime in May. Sounded legit with an ops person on-board so its a well-defined bit of work of reasonable scope for a part-time person. We have 1 marketing person, me, a front-end cljs dev, and a business model that should make us profitable at around 50 customers, which we likely have at this point.. at least in theory via user feedback. Unfortunately this has been completely self-funded and we need to finally stop bleeding cash and can't pay money. We can pay in stock tho! Or future money as profit sharing, or a huge bill should we get off the ground. I'm flexible. A hamburger tomorrow for ops magic today? http://hexy.tv is our site. <mailto:[email protected]|[email protected]> is the best email for anyone curious and potentially game! Let's negotiate! Pretty Please?
