I'll chime in to say @hans is a pleasure to work with.

I have a client looking for some PHP help. Anyone want to join my company part time to work for this client? Will be feature adds on a website

rmuslimov19:06:01

@jtackett: this is clojure jobs board. Other languages are not considered to appear here

jtackett19:06:31

@rmuslimov: sorry let me rephrase: Looking for clojure developer to do web development. Clojure dev should be willing to learn PHP. Job will entail clojure and PHP development. Most development 99% will be done in PHP and 1% will be done in clojure.

rmuslimov19:06:01

cool, now works 🙂

jtackett19:06:03

Thanks for looking out @rmuslimov ;)

sonnyto20:06:58

why would anyone want to work on php after drinking from the clojure koolaid http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=drink%20the%20kool-aid? lol

lewix21:06:39

sonnyto: because it's cheaper?

sonnyto21:06:43

it would be hard to get a clojure programmer to spend 99% of his /her time on php unless its a very interesting project

rmuslimov21:06:34

I though this is a joke

emperorcezar21:06:12

Or if the plan was to start moving everything to clojure

lewix21:06:35

rmuslimov: my answer was a joke

@jtackett: 1% seems very low. It is about 21 hours (or half a week) in a year of work (40 hours/week, 52 weeks => 2,080 hours per year). It could make sense for a PHP developer a bit curious about clojure I guess.
