@edward.hughes1911, I honestly don't know what to think about Stylitics. Essentially, I was contacted by ConexiónHR, Beon, BairesDev, and Simbiosis about this same proposal. Then, while I was searching for work, I found two or three other recruiters / outsourcing companies with the same proposal. In some of these, there was a salary range; in others, it wasn't. The salary range was different depending on who was headhunting you - and it varied by more than 2k USD. I know people that applied that never heard back about; some got an interview (me, for example) then was ghosted. The whole process seemed broken, essentially, before it even began
