Can you recommend companies that hire remotely within the EU and perhaps I missed them? I’m based in Poland. context: I have 12 years of experience in Clojure (8 years for US) and 23 years overall as a software engineer. Over the past 3 weeks, I’ve only had 2 interviews, mainly because there are very few job listings that include my location. Usually only US. Literally there are no new job offers which I can find.

It is tragic to see how, as the world moves towards globalization, jobs become more regional. I miss the 2010's.

I can't offer any help, but condolences. I feel for you. I am in the same situation, only worse cos I'm not even in the EU, nor in the US.

What about working in Common Lisp? https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/search/?currentJobId=4369945017 It's in Poland and you said you're from Poland. I tried applying more than a year ago. I don't know if I recommend them because they changed the salary between two interviews but maybe you can play it better.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this is not Clojure job. > using JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js

It wasn't Clojure. > Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp.
