Oh my god. It's really rough. This unicorn finder really talks business when he says he wants unicorns (15PLN is 3.93USD or 3.51EUR and my local currency is EUR):
https://www.wheresyoured.at/saaspocalypse-now/ posits contraction in the business SaaS market as an underlying mechanism. Confirmation bias, perhaps, but this seems a more likely explanation than āoverhiring during the pandemicā or āend of zero interest rate financingā.
One loaf of bread per hour. You won't be able to eat that much anyway! trollface
Exactly.
But we can give them a benefit of the doubt. Maybe they meant "thousands per month"?
Let's hope he'll sober up š Hope dies last š
jesus christ
The minimum per hour is 28,10 PLN gross dictated by law. Probably it is 15k - 18k / month.
funny miscommunication
Damn š š I started my carrier with 1500 pln/month 8 years ago but costs of living were different here and I got a few raises quite quickly. Now I get almost 20x more / month in the same software house.
It could also mean 15-18 k (thousand) per month.
Well there are four ways this can go: 1. The recruiter says "yes, this is exactly 3eur/h" 2. The recruiter says "oh, the position is closed" -- meaning it was 3eur/h but he saw that can't play around anymore 3. The recruiter dismisses everything as a joke and says "oh, I forgot to include <...>" 4. The recruiter never replies
Only one way. I already solved this in the comment :)

You focus on wrong thing here.
I think I started this post prematurely. The person didn't even reply. This recruiter replies every few days.
You started this on Friday and itās Monday
What do you mean?
Probably that people usually don't check their work email during weekends.
