Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there's a generic resume template that's particularly well-suited for software developers. I can't think of a better place to ask than this community full of experienced developers.
There’s this site https://resumake.io that allows you to fill your information and download a latex template that you can later edit locally and generate a PDF out of it. It has several templates to choose from.
> particularly well-suited for software developers This seems to be heavily location-specific. Different countries have different expectations on sections and personal details. Most templates you'll find online such as the ones above are US-based. If that's what you by coincidence need, there's lots of options. Apart from that I would recommend to target it to the recipient. CVs can be highly personal and customised to the role and company you're applying for. Why only customise the motivation if the CV can be a really powerful and impactful document, too?
Search google for something like "latex cv generator". There should be several free tools.
