has anybody had experience hiring someone with no Clojure or lisp experience for a clojure job?
Worked once with a colleague that only had previously functional Java experience. She was fully productive within 2 weeks of pairing
Except for myself, no one in my current team had experience with Clojure. Some have already experience in other FP languages. I’d say the average is between 1-2 months.
How much training did it take to get them able to be comfortable in a clojure backend, re-frame front-end stack?
