@orestis This is just a guess, but i don't think you'll need to do as much work to find good people out of a job for covid reasons

so maybe not super-de-dooper needed to get reach over multiple groups

I’m not sure if it’s Covid or something else, I got a nice selection of applicants last year too. Making a remote job posting does attract a nice crowd.
