What should I know if I'm considering providing a software as a service? AWS, Datomic Cloud, etc. are bringing the technical aspects within the realm of possibility, but I have no idea what other challenges/complications may be involved.
I have no experience with that, but if I had to guess, I'd say marketing, including determining market fit.
Probably not a topic for #jobs-discuss ... maybe #off-topic ?
^ correct, but perhaps we can use this thread given it won't bother people with notifications unrelated to #jobs-discuss
I looked around to see if there might be a better channel. There are several AWS/Datomic-related ones but of course they only deal with the technical stuff really.
And this is certainly an interesting discussion to have but it isn't job-related 🙂
(don't make me put my Admin hat on!)
Thanks @U0FTV149X -- that's looks like a great channel for this discussion! I'd missed that. What do you think @U8QTB156K -- want to continue in #business ?
#business does seem a better fit. I look forward to the discussion there!
