are interviews for remote and on-site positions different from one and another ? how?
@lepistane Not in my experience.
@lepistane We have an HR interview first that delves into working practices and communication skills -- to gauge "fit" for remote work (also to make sure the candidate works well with women/minorities since we're a very diverse company overall... although, dev, not so much right now).
Our "tech" interview is a little different -- but not b/c we're 100% remote... that's b/c I don't like the "tech quiz" style interviews so I mostly want to get the candidate talking about good/bad projects they've worked on, what excites/bores them, what they like/dislike about various technologies and workflows, etc.
thank you for answering so quickly! @seancorfield damn i am pleasantly surprised to hear that 😄
