Hello everyone! I'm Aitor. I teach Physics at the University of the Basque Country, where I also do research in computacional methods for condensed matter physics. I've been using Julia for the majority of my work (and I love It), but I've recently discovered Clojure and I'm enjoying It a lot. Although It does not look as numerically oriented as Julia or more traditionally Fortran, I've seen there's been a great effort put into some libraries such as dtype-next or neanderthal. I'm looking forward to learning about these and also Clojure in general. If anyone has experience to share along those lines, I'll greatly appreciate it!

There's a lot of stuff in #civitas that may be interesting for someone interested in documenting their research. Oh, and welcome 🙂
