Hi everyone! I’m Charles. I would call myself a hobbyist/student programmer with aspirations to become a professional. I’ve been curious about lisp languages for awhile and when I discovered Clojure, I was excited to find one that’s seems relevant, practical and fun. I’ve been reading The Joy of Clojure and deeply enjoying it. I’m looking for some interesting projects to implement in Clojure. Very excited to be a part of this community
Hi Charles, welcome! Just as an FYI, Joy of Clojure, while it's my personal favorite of the books on Clojure, is an unusually dense one. If it's working for you, great! If at some point it feels like too much too fast, it's worth being aware that there are others that go at a slower pace.
