Clojurians Log v2

If anyone here is in the small subset of people using both Instaparse and (n)vim, i made a syntax file with some instaparse-specific things that makes it a bit nicer than using ebnf.vim or similar. Also includes a very basic indent script https://github.com/sigvesn/instaparse.vim
