the current hoplon release is alpha17 but in the client only template it is alpha16

@jouerose Hello! We are trying to be more careful with template updates, alpha 17 was released just a couple of days ago and it requires an update of boot-hoplon too. Someone should get to it soon. If you test and things are ok a pr is more than welcome 🙂

If you want to try something the template should be ok. It should have no breaking changes from alpha16 to alpha17 except for build time things. So if you build something from alpha16 it should work upgrading to alpha17.

@onetom I think you have a point, the template should be using alpha17 but it also should be broken because it will not pull boot-hoplon snapshots...

Sorry guys that's my bad, readme has the version that's in master, usually this would already be on clojars but there are lots of things going on with the next release
